Jimmy Palmiotti asked me to create a pin-up for his new graphic novel, Queen Crab, which is coming out a week from today – March 14, 2012. The project was funded by Kickstarter and will be published by Image Comics. I’ve read the full story and it is really engaging. It captures the essence of locations as well as the characters. The book is hardcover and will be available for $12.99. It is also available for a digital download from comiXology for $5.99 here.
Above is the art I created, which is a conceptual take on Ginger Drake as Queen Crab. I hope you consider buying this book at your local comic shop next Wednesday.
