Two books my work is published in were announced earlier today as nominees for Harvey Awards in the same category (Best Anthology). I have work in Team Cul de Sac: Cartoonists Draw the Line at Parkinson’s<\/i> and District Comics: An Unconventional History of Washington, DC<\/i>.

<\/i>
\nTeam Cul de Sac<\/i> is also nominated in the categories of Special Award for Humor in Comics, Special Award for Excellence in Presentation, and Best Biographical, Historical, or Journalistic Presentation. Way to go, Team!<\/p>\n

The Harvey Awards recognize outstanding work in comics and sequential art and will be presented at this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con on September 7, 2013. Curls Studio will also be exhibiting at the show in Artist Alley.<\/p>\n
