There was a great crowd and excitement throughout the day. We were there from 10:30 AM until 4 PM. Thanks to everyone we met and thanks to\u00a0the Amazing Comic Shop for hosting us\u00a0&#8212; it was a fun day!<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-iAu4kCRA5qk\/VUeYmF14vPI\/AAAAAAAAEEY\/GtHK-m8l0j0\/s1600\/curlsstudio_fcbd2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-iAu4kCRA5qk\/VUeYmF14vPI\/AAAAAAAAEEY\/GtHK-m8l0j0\/s320\/curlsstudio_fcbd2015.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">I always think that FCBD is the kickoff of summer &#8212; it happens the first Saturday of every May. The Kentucky Derby is also this day and there is usually a superhero movie opening that weekend as well &#8212; this year is <i>Avengers: Age of Ultron<\/i>. We also had the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight in the evening, so there was plenty to do this past weekend.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\nOur next\u00a0appearance\u00a0will be at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.awesome-con.com\/guests\/curls-studios\/\">Awesome Con<\/a>\u00a0on May 29-31 at the DC Convention Center.
